Born in Albania and raised in the picturesque island of Santorini, Greece, Eddie Mulla's family relocated to Greece when he was at the age of eight. Immersed in Greek's beauty, rich culture and cuisine, Eddie's passion for food was ignited early on, with a dream of someday moving to the United States of America for the ultimate American Dream. Eddie's formal culinary education took shape at a culinary school in Athens, at the Chef D' Oeuvre School , where he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge of Greek and European cuisine. After Graduating culinary school, Edi's journey took the ultimate dream turn as he moved to the United States, where he began his American culinary adventure at Tallulah Wine Bar and Bistro in Birmingham. His seven and a half years at Tallulah were marked by a commitment to bringing authentic, sophisticated flavors to the forefront of the dining experience. Following his time at Tallulah, Eddie briefly joined Casa Pernoi before embracing an exciting new opportunity. Today, Eddie Mulla stands as a dynamic Executive Chef and Managing Partner at Aria, bringing his wealth of experience and passion to a new venture alongside his partner, Robert Lulgjuraj. With a cooking style deeply inspired by Greek, Italian, and French cuisines, Eddie's approach blends tradition with innovation, offering a culinary experience that is both memorable and uniquely his own.
